Day Program

At Cadmus Lifesharing, meaningful work and activities are more than a task; it's a path to personal growth. We collaborate with skilled crafters, wellness professionals, artists, musicians, gardeners, and many others, learning and developing our abilities in a supportive environment.

Work becomes a deeply social experience when we contribute to the lives of those around us.  This sense of responsibility and shared purpose fills us with pride – knowing our efforts directly benefit and uplift our community.

Our community-based day program generally operates Monday through Friday from 9:30-3:30. Program activities and work are tailored to meet the interests and needs of each individual. Currently, we fill our days in the surrounding neighborhoods with the following activities:

  • Volunteering at the local food pantry

  • Organic gardening

  • Hiking & biking the beautiful Berkshires

  • Therapeutic horseback riding

  • Dance classes

  • Fitness center/indoor swimming & water aerobics

  • Music & singing classes

  • Sound bath meditation & yoga

  • Culinary classes

  • Jewelry making

  • Juggling/Circus Movement Arts
